• Emergency protocols: In the extremely unlikely event of a major delay, we have contingency plans including alternative routes and direct port transfers.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

In the extremely unlikely event that our tour causes you to miss your ship (which has never happened), we will:

• Arrange and pay for your transport to the next port of call
• Cover any reasonable accommodation costs
• Provide a full refund of your tour fee

This guarantee is included in every shore excursion booking at no additional cost.
