## Itinerary

1. **8:00 PM — Hotel Pickup** (30 minutes) - Pickup from your Reykjavík hotel in a luxury Mercedes Sprinter van (maximum 8 passengers).
2. **8:30 PM — Departure for Dark Sky Location** (30 minutes) - Travel to the primary aurora viewing location, chosen by your photographer guide based on current conditions.
3. **9:00 PM — 12:00 AM — Aurora Hunt** (3 hours) - Spend 3 hours at multiple dark-sky locations with strategic repositioning based on aurora activity. Professional photography guidance throughout.
4. **12:00 AM — Return to Reykjavík** (45 minutes) - Late-night drive back to your hotel.

### Is free cancellation available?

Yes — cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Bookings made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

### Where does the tour pick up?

We pick up from designated Reykjavík bus stops in the city centre. If your accommodation is outside the central pickup zone, we'll meet you at the nearest stop. Confirm your pickup point at booking — most hotels and guesthouses have an assigned stop nearby.

### What should I wear and bring?

Dress in warm, waterproof layers regardless of season. We recommend thermal base layers, a windproof and waterproof outer jacket, gloves, a hat, and sturdy waterproof footwear. Bring a small daypack, water, and a camera.

### Is lunch included?

Lunch is not included in the tour price. We stop at restaurants and cafés along the route where you can buy a hot meal, sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. Plan to spend around 2,000–3,500 ISK on lunch.

### How big are the groups?

Our small group tours have a maximum of 19 passengers, giving you a relaxed, personal experience with more time at each stop and easier conversation with your guide.
